Christian Markovic is an artist who was the first deaf-blind person graduated from the Savannah College of Art and Design with a Bachelor of Fine Arts. He currently operates his own graphic design business and designs mostly greeting cards. Christian uses a special Macintosh zoom program to enlarge his graphic art images and coupled with his low vision this enables him to continue his work and further his career. Losing most of his vision has not affected his ability to design. His computer monitor is his canvas. A new client at Arts Unbound, Christian plans to expand his interest to other art media, create t-shirts and other merchandise for Arts Unbound and his own business, and teach others the adaptive techniques used in computer graphics.
